Follow the assembly video and review the basic setup guidance below before your first use.
Watch Before Assembly
1. Unpack Carefully
Remove the product and all included parts from the packaging carefully. Keep the packaging until assembly is complete.
Check that the main components, charger, tools, accessories, manuals, and any included hardware are present.
2. Inspect All Components
Before assembly, inspect the frame, wheels, controls, cables, lights, battery area, and included hardware for visible shipping damage.
Do not continue assembly if an important component appears cracked, bent, damaged, or incorrectly installed.
Before Your First Use
Confirm the handlebar and stem are properly aligned and secured.
Make sure the wheels are correctly installed and rotate freely.
Test both brake controls and confirm proper response before use.
Check tire condition and use the recommended pressure shown on the tire or product documentation.
Make sure the battery is properly seated and all visible connections are secure.
3. Install Included Components
Follow the assembly sequence shown in the video for any components that require installation after delivery.
Use only the appropriate supplied hardware and tools, and avoid forcing components into position.
4. Tighten & Recheck
After assembly is complete, recheck all fasteners, adjustment points, folding mechanisms, controls, and installed accessories.
Follow any torque or adjustment guidance provided in the product manual.
5. Charge Before First Use
Follow the charging instructions supplied with your product. Use the correct compatible charger and avoid using damaged charging equipment.
Place the charger in a suitable dry, ventilated area during charging.
6. Final Safety Check
Before using the product, check that all important components are secure and functioning correctly.
- Check steering alignment
- Test braking response
- Check tire pressure and condition
- Check wheel security
- Confirm the battery is locked in place
- Check lights and display where applicable
- Confirm folding mechanisms are fully locked
